I was rereading one of the few good Hikaru no Go fics I actually have book-marked for it's sheer goodness and it gave me a craving for ramen. Hikaru no Go tends to do this anyway, but this time in particular.
So I made some instant ramen for lunch.
I don't think I'll buy spicy beef ramen ever again, unless I plan on drinking a lot of milk with it.
My mouth is -still- burning. Owowow.

Mythical Detective Loki Screencap Recaps update. No updates last week (this has become a weekly thing? shit . . .) but the week before I did two episodes, so it all evens out.
Episode fifteen ("Beautiful Assassins, Return of the Evil Eye, and Pink Scares Me") doesn't come off as very funny, I fear, but I blame that on the lack of proper GRE. Also the fact that I'm not very funny and don't have much of a sense of humour (I never laugh, like, ever, unless I've had too much caffeine and not enough sleep). That being said, I don't like the episode anyway, it reminds me of all the things I didn't like in the series. Plus, it lacks Kou-chan (come on, you can fit Freyja and Heimdall and Freyr and Narugami into every episode but not Kou-chan?). Also, the animations seems off. There was nothing that I saw that really struck me as "Oh man, that's so cool/hilarious. I have to have a cap of that."
I think there's GRE in the next episode, though.

Blogger's been on the fritz for a couple days now, so this probably won't show up, but I just feel the need to mention that I hate it and want it to die in a way that doesn't impede my blogging needs.
That being said, I have done no socializing this weekend, although I did take the garbage out yesterday. My laziness has reached to such heights, however, that I also haven't gone grocery shopping, even though I find myself in need of milk. And eggs. And quite a few other things.
Also, meat being in the freezer too long starts to look a bit like very tattered leather when it thaws. Weird.
Instead of bonding with people this weekend, I bonded with Hugo. Although we both feel pain at the lack of Disgaea in my life, I finished up the third disk of Final Fantasy IX last night, and will probably finish the game sometime this week, assuming I can kick Ozma's rotund ass into the stratasphere with little difficulty (as Zidane is rapidly approaching level 90, has Ultima, and we've visited all the friendly monsters, this is probably a safe bet). This will make it the first Final Fantasy game I have ever completed, but I'm feeling no great desire to play FFX or finish FFVII.
I want to play Suikoden III again. Mm. Suikoden III. This will probably make Matt hit me, though, so I'll work on the copy of Persona 2 bell leant me, probably, and maybe look at the copy MGS2: Sons of Liberty that Matt and Shelly gave me. Plus, Matt wants to lend me some other games. The .dot/Whatever games, and Xenosaga, and other stuff I'll club him over the head for and steal.
