Is by Meimi, that wonderful Goddess who brings joy and happiness to the hearts of Ingrids.
This time, Meimi brought joy by doing a layout of Isumi Shinichirou and Waya Yoshitaka, of Hikaru no Go. It is full of wub.

Apparently I'm only as insane as a Japanese fanartist

"I mock you and your lack of fertility!!!"

bell is going through Suikoden fanart sites right now and she has found -two- pages with a good majority of Sheena fanart. Some of it's quite good, and I, having a strange weakness for effeminate looking womanizers, am pleased, especially since I'm not the only person in the world who likes Sheena. Just the only person in North America.

Lover of Kou-chan and Sheena,

Angel spoilers be here, but we're a week behind you yanks anyway

"Plan B! You get the marching band and I'll call in the 'Monette is Knocked Up' dancers."

So, did the usual Angel-Buffy-Angel viewage at Sarri's last night, which was cool and all. I got a popsicle, out of it!

Perhaps the most important thing, however, was the last few minutes of the new Angel which involved EEERATBOYRABOTLINDSEYEEEEVILHANDLINDSEYYAY!

Ahem. ~clears throat~

And I came home and lo, bell was not on AIM for me to gush at, and I was disappointed. Because who else am I going to gush at about Lindsey (besides Meimi, who's gone home for Thanksgiving and isn't on AIM much anyway).

Mmmmm. Lindsey. You're so much more loveable and cooler than anyone else on that show (even if you are sleeping with Eve - boy, you need to get better taste in women).

"Eating more chocolate than there are Easter bunnies in the sky."

Came hom from class today (and a sparesely attended class it was, too - there were only six of us, and there's maybe fifteen people in the class, weird, right before the midterm and all) to find an envelope from Mum. It had been left, however, sitting in the hallway right outside my door. O_o wtf? Is that safe? I mean, maybe I'm just paranoid, having grown up in a very unpleasant neighbourhood, but leaving mail sitting outside someone's doorway, in a complex full of poor students, seems like a very stupid idea.

Not that stealing the envelope would have benefitted anyone. There be no money here. What was the contents of the mysterious and unexpected envelope?

A chocolate advent calendar.

Aww.

Safe in knowledge of love thanks to chocolate,

Blogger hates me

"And here we see the artist at eighteen months doing a performance piece entitled 'Look, Mommy, I have a peepee!'"

Blogger's been giving out grief of late and not publishing things (it claims to be publishing stuff, but it doesn't). I don't know what's wrong with it, I don't know if this'll be published. Bah.

I have all 108 characters in Suikoden II now, am very proud of that. Currently wandering around the area behind Greenhill, earning money and XP and testing out all the possible combo attacks before letting the game move forward.

Wondering who I'll make use of in whatever the final thing in this one is. I used Riou (duh), Gremio, Viktor (also duh), Flik (once more with the duh), Tengaar, and Hix in the first game.

Possible characters based on me liking them/levelling them up to mad heights: Nanami (it's Nanami, dude, currently at level 54), Sheena (surprisingly strong attack, frequently gets critical hits, and has very good magic - I think you can equip to all his slots, level 53), Tengaar (good magic, her combo attack with Hix slaughters, level 51), Hix (strong attack, and I wouldn't take Tengaar without him - level 51), Viktor (double-beat rune, but I wasn't able to use him much earlier in the game, so he needs to be levelled up - level 48), Flik (lightning, good damage, all that jazz, same levelling problem as Viktor - level 49), Camus (rage rune, good stats, haven't used him much, though), Miklotov (he could take major damage, haven't used him much though, like Camus, might only bring them if I had Flik - for Pretty Boy Attack), Wakaba (this girl is just death, she kills things dead like Juan in Suikoden III), Sasuke (ninjaninjaninja! the kid's speedy, but I want to see what kind of runes we can smack on him).

Anyone who was insane enough to read through that list and is familiar with the games probably stopped and went "Sheena? WTF?" because I think Sheena's one of the most hated Suikoden characters ever, who isn't involved in gambling games or child molestation. I rather like him, though, he's like a less-suave version of Kou-chan, and he makes me laugh. And, dude, his magic power is about equal to Nanami's, if not better. I have a Viper, Earth (unremovable, Earth's a shitty rune for the most part), and Lightning rune on him right now. The kid's good and versatile. Dodges hits pretty well, too.

Skipping class, food's more important,

I'm a dork

"Maybe it's the honest glow in your eyes, or the fact that I need a good blow, but I believe you, faithful ward."

Only Meia will get this . . .

I'm getting sniffly over the latest log featuring Shishido and Ohtori posted over at MP. Not as sniffly as I got over Noel's drabble "Understanding", which was just the saddest little thing ever and had me actually crying, but still pretty damn sniffly.

Why yes, I am a dork, and I am just avoiding the completion of my english paper. You can all go away now.

Because some things just shouldn't happen,
