Is by Meimi, that wonderful Goddess who brings joy and happiness to the hearts of Ingrids.
This time, Meimi brought joy by doing a layout of Isumi Shinichirou and Waya Yoshitaka, of Hikaru no Go. It is full of wub.

Chassé. Hikaru no Go fic. Isumi and Waya. First one I've read. It's good, even if it is written in the present tense. Blegh, present tense.

Mrrr. Waya. <3

Dear Microwave,
If you do not refrain from splattering my lunch all over your interiors, do me the favour of explaining this deep hatred you have for pork.
Natch,
Ingrid.

Boy Meets Boy for February 22nd, 2003 features Bitter Skids. Bitterness never tasted so sweet. The Collin in me approves.

Could blog about the stuff that's been going on but . . . I'm fecking tired. My soul is being devoured by Planescape: Torment (great game, fscking great game, turns your brain inside out and blows it out your ears) and by my own damn writing. Which is less about it being good and full of devouring power, and more about it not letting me sleep.

Also - Thomas Theisman is going to be allowed to completely Own me after It Happens to my Favourite.

I know how to pick 'em.

Warning: The following is a miserable, angry little rant. If you're reading it, chances are good it's not aimed at you.

Currently feeling immensely uncomfortable. It's the sort of discomfort that brings back a lot of unpleasant memories, and a lot of the reasons I hate people so much and have tried to keep myself from getting too attached to people these days. It's hard to find the fine line between tact and rudeness when you're dealing with someone who's hurt you and you consider to be incredibly rude.

I don't like being treated like someone that can just be turned on and off, here when you need me to be, and nonexistant when you don't, and if I find you treating me like this, I will never, ever have respect for you as a person. If you treat me like this, you are not my friend. If I thought you were, and you treat me like this, then you've betrayed me.

I can carry a grudge forever. I'm a pessimist. I can remember all the bad things you've ever done to me, long after anything good you may have done has faded. It has to be something really overwhelming good and kind to stick in my mind in spite of current hurts.

I carry massive grudges, and I rarely forgive. This is just as much my fault but . . . it's the sort of thing that can be prevented. Doesn't mean it is, though.

Dammit! ~gives up, throws things at blogger, and goes to sulk~

Blogger is a whore.

I now have the functional gruops listed in the front of my organic chemistry text written out on postit notes and stuck around my monitor. I've got acid anhydride, acid chloride, alcohol (the only one I can ever remember), aldehyde, alkane, alkene, alkyne, amide, primary amine, secondary amine, tertiary amine, arene, carboxylic acid, disulfide, ester, haloalkane, ketone, phenol, sulfide, and thiol. Am I forgetting anything? ~scratches head~

Work, bitch.

2/20/2003 01:29:00 PM
Thank God, I found a table of functional groups in the front of my organic chemistry text book.

So, I go downstairs to make myself some tea to take a break from studying organic chemistry (I'm on the chapter abuot Haloalkanes, and only have to finish this, and three sections in chapter eight to have read over all the material that'll be on the midterm) and find that the mail's come. And, wow, there's stuff for me!

Hugs and kisses to Cathy, for sending me valentines. ^_^ It's just like being in elementary school again, only I never got valentines this cute or funny. One's of Ralph Wiggum, infamously from the Simpsons, and the other's ~plays dramatic music~ a super shiny Samwise Gamgee valentine. This makes it the only piece of Samishness I own besides the books. I'm taping it to Keiichi's monitor. It's so cute. ^_^

Other random note concerning hobbitish things - Guthrie's friend Jason just came over. He has hobbit hair, when he chooses to wash it.

Stephen's an evil bastard. He does, however, get cookies, no matter how much he shows me things I cannot have. And makes me dream about mailboxes with leetle tiny feet.

Went to a party. It was, um . . . could have been better. I hate my massive social awkwardness.
